Privacy Policy
Last Updated: October 6, 2026
TrueForm Remodeling LLC ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website trueformdfw.com, use our services, or communicate with us.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using our website or services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Personal Information You Provide
We collect information you voluntarily provide when you:
- Fill out a contact form or request an estimate
- Schedule an estimate or service appointment
- Sign a contract or agreement for our services
- Communicate with us via phone, email, or text message
- Leave a review or testimonial
This information may include:
- Name and contact information (address, email, phone number)
- Property address and details about your home
- Project details, preferences, and budget information
- Payment and billing information
- Photos or plans you choose to attach to a form or message
- Communication records and correspondence
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our website, we may automatically collect:
- Device information (browser type, operating system)
- IP address and general location information
- Pages visited and time spent on our website
- Referring website or search terms
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies
Referral Program
If you sign up for our referral program, we collect your name, email, phone number, the optional first names of people you referred, and your city. We use them only to match your referrals and arrange your payment. We don't collect your friends' contact details; we only contact people you refer if they contact us.
- Estimate and booking requests: when you submit one, we collect any name you enter in "Who referred you?" and link it to your request so we can attribute a referral reward. It's available to our office and the service providers described in this policy, and kept under the same retention terms.
- Tax and payment details: if we need a W-9 (name, address, tax ID) or details to pay you electronically, we arrange that with you through a secure, access-controlled method, never through this website or ordinary email. We store them encrypted. Only TrueForm's owner, and any tax preparer we use, can see them. We use them only to pay you and meet tax rules, and securely delete them once tax law no longer requires us to keep them.
- Service providers: Cloudflare (forms), Supabase (storage), Google Workspace (email), and Google Analytics (site usage measurement, without form contents).
- Retention: as long as needed to run the program, then as long as tax record-keeping requires.
- Your choices: you can ask us to delete your sign-up at any time, except records we must keep for tax purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide estimates and respond to your inquiries
- Schedule and perform remodeling services

3. Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information with:
- Service Providers: Vendors who help us operate our business, including Cloudflare for secure website hosting, form delivery, private file storage, and spam protection; our database provider for customer requests; payment processors; and accounting software
- Subcontractors: Trade professionals who assist with your project, licensed where the work legally requires it, and limited to information necessary to complete their work
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights
4. Cookies and Tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to:
- Remember your preferences
- Understand how visitors use our website
- Improve our website performance
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. It uses cookies and receives device and usage information, such as pages viewed, browser type and approximate location. We don't send form contents or names to Google Analytics. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) or by blocking cookies.
For your current visit, our website notes how you arrived: the referring website's address without any search terms, the first page you viewed, and any campaign tags in the link you followed. If you submit a request, that note is sent with it so we know which channels work. The note is kept in your browser only for the current visit.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect website functionality.
